Default thermal r and d exhaust systems suck

well i say it sucks cus mine just busted today.
the welds basically busted where the resognator connects
to the pipe that connects to the axle back.
before i could get it to the shop to get welded i ran up a driveway
and bent the pipe so all thats good is the cat back piping to the resognator
and the axle back. wat should i do? i've had the exhaust system for almost 2 years
does anybody know what the warranty is for the thermal research and developement exhaust system?

i have no clue about the warranty... i would call em up and ask. but assuming you would like to be able to drive your car, call up a muffler shop and see if they can fix it for you. at worst they'll replace the piping... make sure its mandrel bent and aluminized steel (no rust) but they might be able to bend the piping back in shape and weld everything back together, which would be cheaper, assuming damage is minimal.

i don't think a muffler shop will be able to bend it back in place no matter what they do. the pipe i bent and dented in. the flanges are still good though.
