d16 to b18,.... the alternator is interchangeable,....right??

 

also what alternators can be used on a b16

 

i want to say that the alternators are not the same. They put out different amounts of volts I know but not sure what voltage, but i know its different. Plus i think the way it sits on the motor is different from the d and b series. I think any b-series will work on a b16

 

if thats the case,.... i need one,.....anybody??
