Default More b18b swap questions

Sorry to rattle everyones brains...but can I swap a 94 b18b into a 98 civic ex? If I can, can I use the same wiring harness? Also will parts from the b18a swap to the b18b? (ex. pistons, rods, etc....)

Thank you ahead for your inputs!

not to mention he'll need the ckp sensor otherwise he'll throw up a check engine light for that, not to mention if it is a dx/cx civic he'll have to rewire the iacv and there is a good write up on it here some place
