Default problems after header install

i just installed and ex header on my d16y7 directely to the b-pipe. I was able to attach the first 02 sensor but not the secondmseeing as there is no cat. I didnt get a CEL but when i took it on the highway it started bogging at WOT. When I got off the highway it drove fine again. No clue what this could be. Was thinking about wrapping the second sensor with foil. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
