Default Oil problems Leak

ok so far every 2k miles or so i have to add a whole quart of oil into my car because its leaking.

the leak is around the oilpan somewhere and appears to be right where the tranny bolts up to the block. there is wet oil around there everywhere.

it seems that it leaks more when i run the car harder, and if i baby it for the whole 3k miles then it only leaks a small bit. is there a gasket in those two places that i said were leaking? if so i believe i need to replace them. any ideas welcome

It might be your oil pan gasket..Is your oil black? if your oil is hella black when u have to add more to it, youre probably burning oil from somewhere(piston rings, valve seals) Also..if it looks like its comming from the clutch area, it might be the rear main seal. Get under ur car with a flashlight and inspect it good. Is there an oil spot on the ground under ur car?

thats the thing, no oil spots either. as i said it only seems to come out when i drive it hard, mabey the oil pressure gets higher and forces it out more?

Are you burning it? Get someone to follow you as you drive hard to see if they smell oil burning or see blue smoke. Do a compression/ leakdown test. U might have bad rings or valve seals.
