Valve Spring Decisions...

aight guys so which type of valve springs should i get with my b16 ctr cams, supertech flat bottom valves,skunk2 pro series cam gears?
portflow inner and outer?
type r outer/portflow inner?
supertech inner and outer?
what do you guys think?
