94-98 LS Exhaust on a 2001 GSR?

Default 94-98 LS Exhaust on a 2001 GSR?
i wanted to get an RSR exhaust for my 2001 GSR. i was told that the 94-98 GSR RSR wouldn't ft on my car. Can somebody tell me if the 94-98 LS exhaust will fit a new GSR? thanks

94-98 LS will not fit on your GSR. The piping will end up being too short since your cat is shorter than an LS's.

actually 94-98 LS, 97-01 ITR exhaust are interchangeable with 00-01 GSR only.

Yes, LS exhaust will fit on a 00-01 GSR only, not 94-99.

I got a 98 GSR RSR Axle back and s-pipe mated to a 97 LS Greddy B-Pipe and it fits perfectly on my 2000 GSR. My only complaint is that the Greddy b-pipe is pure *** compared to the RSR sections

94-99 LS exhaust and 2000/2001 GSR exhaust are interchangeable. I have a greddy evo (94-99 LS) on my 2001 GSR.

94-99 LS exhaust and 2000/2001 GSR exhaust are interchangeable. I have a greddy evo (94-99 LS) on my 2001 GSR.

94-98 LS will not fit on your GSR. The piping will end up being too short since your cat is shorter than an LS's.
thats only for 94-99 gsr's. but i found out the hard way that 01 gsr's are different. i bought a brand new 94-99 exhaust, now i got a new g-power medallion just collecting dust.

Bah! My mistake. I'm honestly sorry for the misleading info. I was thinking about the 94-99 GSR's and didn't know the 00-01's were different. My bad.
