Integra GSR w/ B20
Before I buy this integra, I just wanted to ask the community if they think it is okay. Nothing seems bad to me. The car is a 1995 Integra GSR with a B20 engine. I am not sure which B20 is in it. But it has new headers by DC and exhaust with CAI. The engine has 70,000mi on it, and the whole car has 160,000. It is a standard with a racing clutch too.
What he wants is 3500, cause he said he is selling it for a friend that moved out of the country. Do you think I should do it?

or the car was a theft recovery or popped its stock motor.

hrm i thought the b18c1 would weight more, since it needs more oil.....more valvetrain weight....etc, oh well

Ok first of all you need to ask yourself what is wrong here? Why would you put in a poormans type R engine when you already had a GSR engine? Something seems a little shady here, and I would walk away if I were you. Pics would also help the rest of us help you out a little more too

Actually, the PR3 head on the b18c5 gets a full port and polish amongst other things, not to mention the ITR cams..
So the b16a2 or b18c1 head really isn't the same thing.
Solly.

umm...where was b16 mentioned about his car??? he said he had a b20....unless i misread....b16 vs b18 head has nothing to do with this conversation...the b20 is a 2 liter crv engine...and i didnt say they were the same thing...i said if they running the same times...whats it matter? (the comparison at hand is a b20 teg and a gsr....type r has nothing to do with this)
i have both a 91 lude with a b20 fun to drive pulls hard and will put you back in your seat,
just got a 94 gsr don't pull as hard but at 4600rpm vtec kick in,
don't know about a b20 in a teg but in my lude it is graet for autox
i would go for it good motors and nice car

totally different motor than your lude bro. We are talking the CRV's b20, not the 91 lude engine. I think they both put down somewhere close to 140-150hp also...but they are completely different. For example...you couldn't put a Type R head on a lude b20. But you could put it on the CRV's b20.
