not to thread jack but how hard is it to get motors over to the states?

 

You kind of are thread jacking.
A good place to start would be the search section. But if that doesn't help, perhaps PMing this seller would have been better (he may be in Japan, but may not specialize in importing motors).

Just a thought man. As noobs, we all make these mistakes..I learned quickly. Plus, this board is quick to point that out (myself included...now).

 

Yeah importing sucks, thats why I'm forced to sell my 96 R for $5,000 bucks. And having a hard time doing that because no one here wants to pay that much for one.
