i was just wondering how big is the stock throttle body for a gsr... i was gonna get a skunk2 one and i think its 68mm... but i dunno how big the stock one .... and i was just gonna ask people if its worth it.... BUMP

 

i think its 60mm or 62....correct me if im wrong...

 

hmm so say i got a new tb thats 68 from skunk2 right ? umm would i need a new intake cause the hole is gonna be too big ??

 

the gsr throttle body is 60 mm, 68 mm throttle body is a waste if u are running the stock manifold, and even with an aftermarket one i would go to a type R one and that is about it cause u will loose so much low end it ain't even funny..

no bore inside, out side is still same. inside is getting bigger and wall is getting thinner.

 

type R stock is 62 mm
