Default THinking about buying from jdmcustoms.com or osaka? THINK AGAIN

I had an old thread about this. but it got locked for some reason. and there were hundreds of people who wanted to know the outcome. well back in september 08 2005 I ordered a 97 JDM Type R RHD front clip excluding the motor. and here is the link to the auction. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...&rd=1

I paid 1500 for the it. and hey i thought that was a stunning deal. but like always, somethings are too good to be true and you get what you pay for. It took about 3 weeks for the clip to get here. and i had to pay an extra $90 freaking bucks to get a liftgate service to bring it down from the truck. So i wait 3 long weeks. and i call the guy just about everday asking questions about the product. i keep asking, its in good condition right? he would always reply its in excellent condition and if theres a problem give us a call. so when the clip finally arrives, i inspect and i didnt notice at first. but i didnt see a steering wheel and a red honda emblem. i just figured they forgot to put it in. but i was wrong. it turns out they sent me a SIR-G CLIP so then i take the ceram wrap off it. and i see some funked up chrome housing headlights. a bumper with no lip. non-carbon fiber interior pieces and a DC-2 Sir-g Blue tag. fenders were gashed and numerous amounts of dents on the hood. not hail dents but big freaking dents.

1. Calling Jdm customs 1-888-536-0888

September 20, 2005 After waiting since Sept 8 I finally receive it.
So I call Paul Dragun and he asks me to send pics. So i send him pics of the clip. so then he tells me he will talk to his boss and see what he can do. So after calling him back and forth he tells me Osaka has the parts. I asked him before i bought the clip if they were osaka in another name. he told me, no we are not osaka, we just do business with them every now and then. I ask him so these clips are yours and not osaka correct? and he replies yes these clips belong to jdmcustoms they are just in another warehouse.
and then when i received

So Paul Dragun lied to me, and this is the first of many lies that he had in store for me. So call him everyday asking what are you going to do to fix this. He kept telling me his boss needs to give him the final say. So then maybe about 2 weeks of calling him everyday he finally gives me an answer. he said for me to shipp out my old headlights and we will send you out black housing headlights and the rest of the type r **** they owe me. he told me as soon as we get your chome housing lights we will send your package out. so i send it out on a wednesday and he got it on the same friday. i call him on friday, and he told me he got my headlights and my package will be shipped out on monday. So i wait and call him up on monday and ask if my package been shipped out yet. The package was suppose to include itr steering wheels, itr cluster, itr carbon fiber pieces, itr lip and black housing headlights. so monday comes and i call them up. they say now they have to wait for osaka because osaka likes taking their sweet little time. I reply but you told me you guys already had the stuff packaged and ready to be shipped out. he turns around and tells me osaka told me that. So i call everyday for just about another 3 weeks or so. and finally they ship out my ****. And i received the following Steering wheel, cluster, lip, and $200 refund instead of black housing headlights. I know black housing headlights dont run for $200. But get this, he sent me all the stuff i was missing, but NO CARBON FIBER PIECES, and no AMBER CLOCK, or a DC 2 TYPE R BADGE all on November 2 2005 almost two months from date of purchase.. and you know what makes me even more madder? the fact that i have a type R and im going to use the DC- SIR badge.Who would put a lower grade model parts on a higher grade car? GSR parts going on a TYPE R? that doesnt make sense. Oh wait i forgot to add one more thing. all these parts werent in excellent condition. more like POOR Condition. so i warn all of my honda-tech buddies. do not deal with jdmcustoms or osaka. they will send you some BUNK parts. here are pics of what they sent me. so i'll let the pics speak for themselves.

Clip wrapped in ceram wrap, notice how bumper is bended.
Crack on the itr cluster

Hood with like 7-8 big *** dents on it.

Front lip with ginormous gash on it

Steering wheel with bullshiz on the honda sign

Steering wheel again with super duper wear on the right hand side.

Gashed up headlights

and a DC-2 SIR-g Badge going on a 2001 Type R. ?

Osaka is the worst possible place to do business with .Too bad you didn't do a search before hand to see how many negative posts about Osaka there are on here. They are as crooked as they come,no business skills or customer satisfaction at all, most of the swaps, front clips or anything else from them will be damaged and they won't do **** about it .Personally I've seen first hand how they do business and they are only in it to make a quick buck, they don't provide quality parts or motors and I'd highly recommend staying far far away from them.

Another Osaka thread??

How are they still in business?

I didn't really read it all, but if you haven't reported them to BBB you should.

jdmcustoms.com sells nothing but osaka parts. they do not have their own parts. they are distributor of osaka.
