I got a new cluster today, I have an 00' GSR and I got an 01' GSR cluster from ebay, the number on the green backing is the same as mine, so thats not the prob, but my gas light came on when i started it *(which it should because im out of gas) and the gas guage needle is at half because thats what the car it came out of was at...is this a problem or will it fix itself after a little bit of driving or after i fill it up beyond that point...i only drove it around the block, cuz its late and loud

Why did you change the gauge in the first place??

Anyways same thing happened to me when I stuck a itr one into my sir. Stupid thing did NOT reset it self after a while so what I did was remove the gauge from the old cluster and stuck it in the new one.
