i was recently looking for a nice powder coated valve cover for my b20 crx...found one from an old prelude, you know the b-series versions...anyways, just wondering if the valve cover from that non vtec motor would fit my non vtec crv motor...here's a link of the valve cover style im looking at, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem

 

hmmm no one seems to know for sure, including me. Do you have any friends with a B18A or B18B VC? Try one of those out, they are the same as the B20B/Z VC's

I have one of the old preludes, and was curious about doing the opposite of what you're doing.

I thought the B18b VC was swappable with B20a prelude engines? I might be wrong but I thought I saw that somewhere...
