Stage 2 d16 camshaft need to upgrade springs?

Stage 2 d16 camshaft need to upgrade springs?
I was just wondering if I was to use a Stage 2 cam in my d16z6 head if I need to upgrade the spings? is so is there anything else I would need to upgrade? if I would use zex springs how high can they rev? and could I rev that high by only upgrading the springs with stock lifters and valves?

a stage 2 280 cam
You can get away without the springs, but dont rev it especially high.
