Default Cannot loosen valve locking nut or screw

WTF? I did a valve adjustment about a year ago on a friends car...now I go to do it again and I cannot move the nut or screw for ****. Its like they seized. Any suggestions??? His specs are way off too. In .09mm and EX .17....He put about 45k on it...he drives hard too man I only got 1 hour of daylight left...help

What are you using to try to loosen it? Try getting a socket on a ratchet (give yourself some leverage) to loosen the nut. Just be careful not to hurt yourself or the engien. I don't see how they can seize unless it was severly overheated.

yeah I have tried a rachet, open end, closed end, breaker bar...The ****'s dont move..also one of the rocker arms is worn flush..only one. I have never seen that happen before. I checked out my rockers too, and they have a gang of life on them compaired to his..My LS is a 97, his is a 00.. I told his *** its time for B20Vtec..
