Default cam gears question

would AEM cam gears be good for stock GSr with just header and exhaust? stock cams.. and is it easy to install?

Save your money. If you have stock cams/pistons etc. you're not going to be able to gain anything worthwhile.

waas wondering if i shuld get the skunk2 stage1 cams along with a skunk2 manifold o should i stick with dual stage manifold with the skunk2 cams? suggestion?
