instrument light/tail light/license light FUSE Problem..

instrument light/tail light/license light FUSE Problem..
when i turn my car on it blows my instrument light fuse, i was rear ended the other night by a motorcycle but it was working fine until yesterday when my car was sitting running for a while with the lights on then i came back and the fuse was blown. i have no idea what this could be :// please help <33!
btw, this is a 93 vx hatch with b16a

your getting to much amperage to one of the wires . find out which wire it is and trace it back. maybe a relay or a short
