Prothane vs ES - which company inserts are for what mounts?

Prothane vs ES - which company inserts are for what mounts?
From what I've searched, each brand only has inserts for certain mounts? Can anyone tell me which ones are for which mounts? I think the ES do the passenger trans mounts and rear, and then prothane does the drivers side mounts and rear? Does anyone know for sure? Thanks.
