I will be moving to NYC soon and I got a 00 Honda DX hatchback. There are no mods on it (other than the EX cluster that I am going to put in) and the body is not nice either (scratches, marks, dents...etc.). Should I even bother to install security stuff like kill switches and alarms? I am planning to park on the street btw.

I take it you mean STEAL. And I would invest in an alarm.
