all motor build up??!

wanna make a 13 second car
what would you guys do for all motor?
i was thinkng
DCsports 4-1 header.
skunk stage 1 cams.
skunk cam gears.
skunk valve train.
and ECU change.
anything else??
type r intake manifold
68 mm T body?!?! help!

to add to your list i would say; skunk 2 manifold/high comp pistons/port & polish/bigger inj etc.. and get it tuned, should be close to a 13sec setup.
