power gains with full exhaust?

Default power gains with full exhaust?

i was wondering.........i heard you dont get much power gains with only a cat back exhaust........if u have headers too.........what will be the power gains for a 97 ex........and will it be different with a downpipe versus a high flow cat?

Header. A 4-cylinder motor only has one header. And if you went with a header, high-flow cat and full exhaust, you could pick up about 5hp or so.

A downpipe is used on a turbo application, and a high-flow cat is simply a higher flow cat than stock.
