Default Little video of the h22a integra in action

well winter is coming so i decided to take a small video to rememeber it by heh

completey stock jdm h22a swap into my dc2. http://media.putfile.com/Integra-with-H22A-swap


Only mods are 3" exhaust (previous setup). stock header, stock intake, stock p13 ecu.

wow don't you think 3" exhaust is overkill on an N/A application? dont quote me on this, but don't honda's burn valves when there isnt any backpressure?

I do think the 3" is to big for my na setup. And will probably change it to 2.5 down the road. again it was from the previous setup. as for the valves i dont think it will harm anything, just loose some low end power

how does that thing handle? everyone says handling suffers because of the weight difference, whats your opinion?

everyone says that but its actually only like 60lbs or something like that heaver than a b series i heard.

also if you upgrade your suspension like 99% of people do, it takes care of the "handeling problems" that you get with that small extra weight on the front

Or get a CF hood and lighter fenders...that'll make up for the weight diff right there...plus put a stereo in the trunk to balance it out

Acutally its only 35lbs https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=684550 Adding a turbo to the B-series is probably going to weigh more then the H-series.

As for handling, I own 2 Integras. my other one is a 1996 RS and let me tell you i bairly notice a difference if at all. altho i cant campair the 2 side by side sence both have different suspension setups.

yeah, i knew it was something in that ball park. i was using 60 as a guesstament and worst case senario.

at least we have a testimony of an actual swap
