i was wondering 2 things, in texas do you need a front license plate ? if so how do you move it to the left side , i searched and the tutorial said use a mounting bracket but it wasn't very well written. I would rather just remove the license plate in the front, it says in the updated statutes that were were last updated 1995 that u need a front license plate, but a cop has told my friend that you dont need one anymore... do any of you know whether this is true or not?
