How can you tell the difference between a 99-00 Civic Climate Control, and a 99-00 Si Climate Contro

How can you tell the difference between a 99-00 Civic Climate Control, and a 99-00 Si Climate Contro
I tried looking for pics, but they both look the same to me. I know the Si lights up amber, but I don't want to take someones word for it and install it and it be wrong. Is there a code on the backside or something?

The difference is that some stupid people will pay damn near double for something if someone attaches the phrase "Si" after it.

Yeah, but doesn't the regular civic climate control light up green while the Si's light up amber?

and if it does... you can easliy change them... but I think they all light up the same color

mine lights up amber I beleive...never payed much attention to it but I am almost positive it is amber

Hmmmm......when i had my Si I remember it was amber, and I thought all the others were green. This is really messed up now. I want to buy one, and now i'm not for sure if it's going to be amber or green. I guess I should play it safe and buy one listed off a regular civic and chnge it to amber, if I can figure how to do that?

The non-Si's light up white, not green. And yeah you can change it to amber pretty easily.
