Default d16a1 pistons into d16y8 compression question

ok, the stock compression of a d16y8 is 9:1 with the d16a1 pistons the compression is 13:1. Now if i were to switch the pistons in my d16y8 with the a1's would the gains be noticable with the compression increase?
i have i/h/e at the moment on my setup, but thats negligable.

If i were to go ahead and do this, what would the pro's/con's of doing this as a N/A setup start?

would it be wise to get arp headstuds for the increased compression? change the headgasket thickness, etc.??

you would get a power increase but your guna need bigger injectors more fuel, as far as the head gasket goes fitting a thicker head gasket would only lower the compression again maybe fitted a higher performance one of the same thickness

are you sure this would work for sure that it increases the compression that much? just seems a little too good to be true to me...but idk

stock injectors should be fine. compression will make the engine much more responsive, there have been quite a few board members that have done exactly what you have in mind (ask tom b18c? don't remember the rest of his member name). i know builthatch made around 160 at the wheels with a similar build. obviously your going to want a bigger cam to match the compression and maybe further along down the road some porting.
