I had suspension technique springs on stock shocks, and then I got omni power sport coilovers, and now I am putting together koni/ground control.

The full coilovers are a harsh ride, unless you get the expensive ones with progressive springs. I'm looking forward to the adjustability of the koni.s

If you want comfortable either go with a custom spring rate or go with what a lot of people run which is either the eibach pro-kit or sportlines (very soft yet firm ride and nice lowered stance) or some of the h&r springs.

As for the shocks kyb's are nice but if you want adjustability go with the agx's and set them soft for daily driving or harder/stiffer for any track use. The gr2's are basically a stock replacement. Some will also chime in and say the koni yellows are a good adjustable shock, which they are they just tend to cost a little more than the agx's.

With those no-name coilovers your ride will be harsh with almost whatever shock you choose.
