whats a good price to pay for a chipped p28? what are good chips that are can be reprogramed....ill need uberdata....will keniji, or mugen work?

to me.... "keniji, or mugen" are just names. it all comes down to... the chipping was cleanly and properly done and the maps are good.. wheter it's chrome, uberdata or hondata tuned. uberdata is awesome just as hondata and chrome. I use uberdata because it's free and sometime soon i'll donate to the creator(s = if there's a multiple) as a thankyou.

most ic's i've came across are re-flashable.... I'm quite sure if you have a few old ones laying around they may not be re-flashable (think of computer man, flashable bios). now when i say old, i mean over 10 years... and even then i wouldn't doubt if they are flashable.
