Are you looking for a longblock or a full swap?

Longblocks go for around $8-900 and full swaps are around $1700. I guess it just depends where you live and what shops are around you. Search for JDM importers to get different prices.

sorry to jack your thread teameco,

but does anybody know if a full swap would convert a car from auto -> manual too? i would assume some minor parts would still have to be bought?

doesint have to but it would help alot because the obd0, obd1, and obd2 plugs are different so you would have to use a conversion harness, and if you live in a state where you need to get your car inspected and say you put a obd0 motor in a obd1 car it will never pass inspection

Yeah, first of all the tranny mount wouldn't line up. Hasport makes a conversion mount, or you can go to the dealer and get a "weld-on" Tranny mount bracket and just weld it on where it needs to be, but that has to be done right. Then you'd need all the other goodies, like clutch master cylinder, pedals, clutch lines....blah blah blah.
