as the topic states... I was looking to mount mine over by the battery, but don't see how it will fit with the wire harness right there as well.
Thanks in advance.

yeah, that seems to be the best place to put it. do i have to drill holes, or are they already there behind the wire harness?
I believe the bracket that comes with the Endyn kit can bolt up to the the bracket that holds up part of the engine harness on the side of the shock tower.
theres absolutley nowhere to mount it on an EF with all emissions's etc except right in front of the charcoal canister...

Never drill
It comes with these plus: (endyn plugs though, these are honda ones, but they look the same)

If you look in the back of your block, there are 2 hex caps that are there, just unscrew those and put the hose versions in as seen above.

Endyn supplies the exact same fittings in the kit, and on my ITR i had to drill 2 holes in the shock tower to mount the can, otherwise if using the one hole already there it was in the way of both the harness bracket and the strut bar.
i know this is an old thread, and i am not all motor, but for people looking for info i think it will help.
Any DA's? I can't find anywhere to mount mine. I have a huge ABS module on the passenger side around the firewall. I'm out of ideas, so I think I'm going have to buy a different tank, more flat/wider design.
On a DA if you are running an edlebrock mani you can mount it behind the manifold on the firewall.
On eg/ek/dc I weld a 5 by 4 inch plate to the battery tray and weld in two gussets and then drill some holes and bolt it up. It sits between the battery and fuel filter.

is that a cut up trash-can/head deflector, i was thinking about doing the same thing with just aluminum, and then laying carbon fiber off it, do you notice any gains on the butt dyno, or have you actually dynoed the heat deflector
sorry for thread-jacking

so I finally did install the breather and my skunk 2 intake manifold this weekend... not at all what I expected. the breather can and mount is not at all a direct bolt on. Currently, I have the can rigged and the bracket is screwed into one hole. I decided to go for the area on the side of the shock tower, but it gets in the way of the wiring harness and the intake a little. I need to relocate it, but don't want to put it too low. unfortunately, It looks like I will have to drill into my engine bay as well. not looking forward to that either.

Still need help... how did you guys mount the canister in the engine bay? I have it rigged right now holding on w/ one screw. How did you guys actually get it to hold in the engine bay? I though a rivet might work, but I won't be able to get it off. Please help... really want to relocate this thing and need some advise. Thanks
