Default Replacement adjuster.

I just had my Illuminas installed at a shop, and the guy who installed them did not put the adjuster on one of the shocks. It's the piece where you stick the screwdriver in and turn to adjust the schocks. I called them and they can not find it anywhere. Is it possible to get a new one somewhere?
