the ones that say "remove transmission see pages 13-48, remove bell housing see pages 13-56"

 

I think the thing he posted is just used to inform the customer of what the "recall" is and what it consists of. My friend got the same thing for his RSX in the summer. The service manual is like a Helms

Its actually a service bulletin to let Honda Techs know what in fact is wrong.

 

A TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) is different than a recall. As stated, the TSB only lets the Honda service techs know what the problem most likely is and what to fix. Honda will not fix it for free or little money as it is not covered under warranty. Too bad, since my tranny now needs new bearings along with syncros. Sounds like I have a bunch of rocks rolling around in there...
