I recently purchased a set of foglights from a fellow member who pulled them off a 91 civic si. I have a 91 dx hatch, so there shouldn't be any difference. I received the lights, brackets, misc wiring, and factory fog switch. I took off my front bumper to see where the stock mounting holes for the lights would be and ..... well .... there aren't any.
Here are the foglights I have.

And here's what my core support looks like in the area where the lights are supposed to mount.

Now if someone can enlighten me to where I need to drill holes or if I have the wrong brackets alltogether, any help would be appreciated.
EDIT: And I searched my *** off about foglights, fogs, driving lights, lights. I didn't find anything like this.

Here's a few pics I found while searching.

It looks like they bolt up to the lower portion of the core support to me. I'll go check out my front end and bumper some more.
EDIT: Ah, my stupidity never ceases to amaze me. The lights do infact bolt to the portion of the bumper support under the blinkers. Thanks for the tip.

question for you?
Is the wiring already there for you and all that would have to be done is plug these into the harness?
this was the case when i put rear speakers in my 91 hatch, the wires were already there.

No, the seller I bought these from provided me with some stock wiring, or as much as he could get before opening up a wiring harness. I'll be running completely new wire with an independent relay.
To answer your question - No, unless your car had the foglights installed by the dealer, you will not have plug and play wiring.
