I just got a civic and the paint has a lot of scratches and some other spots that can't be removed. It is all over the car and I am thinking of painting the whole car. The thing is I am not sure if I should get another color. What kind of paperwork for DMV do I need to do if I am going for a different color? Usually how much does it cost to paint a whole car?

 

Well when I painted my car at the shop I work at I ONLY had to pay for material which ended up being about 1k so it wont be cheap, keep in mind tho I propably chose the most expensive paint I could find. $125 per qt. x4 then add clear, misc consumables, it wasent cheap.
