EDIT: OK i'm a dumbass, it's water & oil coming out my exhaust (it's running so rich it smells like gas). It's not condensation either because it's extremely excessive. Also when the car is running and I disconnect the #1 & #4 cylinder wires, the engine speed don't drop (which means it's running off two cylinders). Im getting fuel from injectors, theres no milky coolant or oil. What gives??

So its not storing your CEL? have you tried reading it with the paperclip trick or autozone?


Also you live in NY is it cold there right now? maybe thats not fuel and happens to be condensation.

 

I cant read the codes because its not storing them. And the weather up here has been pretty warm lately so I don't think it's that. I just want to know if some of the symptoms my car has are caused by improper timing.

Yes spark is coming from the wire, but not going through the plug
