Default Danger running with broken LMA's???

Hello, my car (b16) was ticking at startup and i suspected it to be the lma's. 2 of them are stuck down and not touching the vtec lobe. 1 is on the exhaust cam 1 is on the intake. Could running my car in this condition cause any damage to anything, cams, rockers, etc. I really need to know. any input will help. thanks alot

Yeah you have to realize now there is nothing holding the vtec lobe on the cam while vtec is not engaged.

So the vtec follower is slapping back a fourth hammering it self into the lma and the cam.
