car shakes and engine knocks when i rev

car shakes and engine knocks when i rev slowly .... when it hits 1500rpm it shakes and knocks ... cant anyone help :D

check your engine mounts.

mounts all good .. now bit worst .. it revs slowly up and down when i rev up too 1500rpm ... ...

check your timing...see if its too advanced...see if the timing belt jumped a tooth
