Default thermoswitch?

I believe the sensor on the back of my obd0 b16 block next to the oil filter with two wires going to it is a thermoswitch for the fan. I am putting my b16 head on an ITR block and i noticed the ITR block doesnt have this sensor on the back of the block. Did they move this sensor to the thermostat on later model engines?

also im sticking with my b16 intake manifold, the itr thermostat doesnt have the coolant connection that goes to the FITV. Do i just plug these coolant lines up, and ditch the FITV?

i need help quick, im tryin to get this beast going this weekend

You are correct.

So unless you have the thermostat setup AND the electrical plug for it...
