I just bought a JDM aluminum short shifter for my 98 civic . if u can help with posting how i put it in thanx

 

remove your center console and disconnect the linkage. move over to the side and you should be able to see the stock unit. remove and replace with your jdm ice. make sure that you lubricate the shifter with grease.
