Is there another place to purchase this from other than Kingmotorsports?

You can purchase a used one, sometimes found in H-T's classifieds or you can pick up a replica. VIS makes one, I have also seen one on importfan.com

I see a couple front bumpers for sale in Japan every now and then. Somewhat cheap but not the best condition..
