i hit a curb and mine is kinda bent... what now?

its the front sub frame just to clarify it a bit... i thought you could take them out... you could do that with integra and egs...

 

Take it to a body shop and let them put it on the frame machine....Thats what they did for mine when i hit a curb

 

I'm pretty sure you can. The rear is a bigger bitch though, I think it's welded in or some ****.

Edit: Just found out that it is spot welded on and it is a bitch x 10000000 to change out. I would just take it to a shop and have them do it. Or you could have it bended back.

to have mine fixed was like 2500 but i got a new bumper out of the deal....So i dont know how bad urs is but mine was pushed so far back it was touching the body....So u might wanna take to them and see bout how much its going to be.
