the b17 has the ultimate stroker crank, but they perfor, pretty much the same as a B16 and if so could i put a b17 crank in my ls/vtec and would that help if i did

i heard that the b17 head is the best flowing b series head made by honda, is this true? or that the b17 intake cam is more agressive than a CTR?
