30+ at idle

WOT its at 15

I was always seeing about 26" at idle and went to 0 at WOT

that is correct. sounds like your gauge is f'd up.

At WOT the TB is completely open, no restriction, so it has to be 0. Unless you're cable is set wrong.

If he's seeing negative pressure at WOT he could have a dirty *** air filter in there. But that's a serious *** restriction though to be reading 15".

maybe i have a faulty fitv? it sounds like its sucking in air even after car is warm

I dont think your FITV would do that. That looks like a huge vac. leak somewhere. Try testing the vac. with nothing on the throttle body.

correct me if I'm wrong here, but more vacuum means lack of flow.

sucking in air when you don't want to will cause less vacuum...

you need to check your gauge with a controlled vaccum source. i do not think your gauge is correct. i haven't seen a honda ever idle above 25 inches of vaccum. most mechanics will agree that a standard gasoline engine should have around 18 to 22 inches of vaccum. you can also measure the vaccum measured by your map sensor by using your multimeter.
