engine bay wiring: How to hide?
I remember seeing a few posts on how to hide your engine wiring on an EG.
I tried searching all I came up with was actual cleaning of engine bay.
I remember Some guy use to heat shrink wrap all wiring and reroute it for a cost.
Anyone have the link?
just bought an eg.

Best way to hide all your wires is pull the motor. Im doing it now. Its alot of work, it isnt an overnight thing. Its about 3.

You mean JDMlyfestyles post? Thats a basic wire tuck.
No one really did a write up on how to do a complete wireless tuck. Theres way to much info to keep track of to do a write up.

yeah that was the one writeup i saw but there is another guy who makes it cleaner still. He rewires your stuff for like $400 or something and runs it like a T off the Firewall.

i am doing this currently, it is much more hard than you think, i am borderline making an entirely new harness. Also my engine is out of the car, there is no way in hell you could do it well with the engine in, or at least without going crazy. I am taking pics of everything i do so i might be able to do a write-up when i am done come thanksgiving (i'm at school currently), hopefully it will help some of you out

I've seen the stuff he uses for his wire sleeving. you can buy it here: http://svc.com/sleeving.html
FLEXOpet -- it's mad cheap and makes everything look clean. it's local for me and i just picked up the 3/8" one for 6+ wires and 1/4 for 2 wires. DO NOT GET THE 1/8"!!!!!!!!

THat looks really nice, but would take way to much time. But if you are going for show quality
to you. If i only had a garage to pull my motor in i would think about doing it this winter

it really wouldnt take to mauch time because that stuff stretchs aton and you can actually get it over the connectors in more cases. I am using something similar with dr-25 wrap underneath, i personally dont like how the dr-25 looks and much prefer the braided type. It should be really safe then and not worry about wires getting f'ed up later down the road. My stock harness had water in it, which kinda made me weary so i dont want that happening again
I dont make any harness's i do not have time to do it. considering it takes around 30+ hours to make one.. most of my time is spent workin on cars and making retrofitted headlights.
But here is what my bay looks as of right now
Only pic i have with new intake manifold
