HOw do you adjust the Sunroof to keep it from rattling?

Default HOw do you adjust the Sunroof to keep it from rattling?
4th gen sunroof... it rattles when it's open and you hit a bump. Its basically loose.

Anyone know how to *tighten* it... or even if it can be tightened?

Ive got a factory manual for a 93 should all be the same.Took it fair and square from honda well they left it in my car so i figured id keep it.Ill look and post later.
