88 CRX LOW Idle problem
I've checked alot of threads but havent found anything specific to my problem yet. I have an 88 CRX Si with a rebuilt ZC bottom end and Si head. The car starts well and runs good, no hesitation, but after it's warmed up to normal operating temp my idle is terrible.I haven't had it stall out yet, but when I stop at redlights it's in the 250-300 rpm range.
Things I've replaced for normal maitenance: Wires, plugs, vacume lines, oil change, ground wires, alternator, battery, and a couple other things. Where should I look first for the cause of this?
Thanks

how about your idle screw? If you're sure everythings good... set your idle!
my 88 std hatch had that same issue; after i added fogs, amp and subs my lights dimed to a low fadded nothing... seemed like a 5watt buld on a dead AA battery = lol my idle screw wasn't even on. It was just sitting there (thankfully my car only ran like that for a day).
if your idle screw isn;t the issue... post up and let us know the outcome...
