Del sol Steering problems
Hi all,
My del sol SiR has been giving me no end of troubles for a while now and I am now stuck to what could be causing the problems.
Im sure the power steering is heavy when turning left / right around corners, and when stationary I move the wheel and after a turn it gets heavy, (I think it gets more heavy turning to the right than the left).
I was doing it before I lowered it, and it seems to be getting worse.
I have had a load of suggestions and now I am getting the normal "feels ok to me mate" from the mechanics at Honda.
Currenly I have flushed the p/s fulid, swapped the p/s pump, at the front anti roll bar bushes replaced.
Although the lower can't be the problem (as it was doing it on the stock setup) I have shimmed the rear wheels and fitted a front cambre kit.
At the moment it would seem that all I have left is getting the rack taken out and re-conned but that going to cost and I am worried that will not be the problem.
The car doesn't feel safe to drive sometimes as I just dont know what its doing, also im sure I can hear a tappy / knocky sort of noise when I start to drive.
Anyone anywhere got any ideas I can explore before I commit to getting the rack done?

Yup belt been tightened, (twice since the old pump has now been replaced).
And its a new belt too.
