Default Car has a touchy throttle any ideas?

89 Civic obdo ls swapped.

I am noticing when I drive that the car is really really touchy. (I don't have an rpm gauge) but I notice if I start out if I pretty much don't start out in 2nd gear or if I don't drive it hard it'll start jumping like (You know when you first learned to drive stick).

It'll happen in any gear 1-5th. If I drive it at a constant speed on problem but if I let off the throttle and then go to drive again it'll be super touchy.

I've never owned an automatic so I know its not the driver .

Any ideas? I don't have the correct throttle cable on there but I don't think its that since I made it fit and work properly it doesn't have slack in it.

I'm wondering if my TPS could be off slightly.

Otherwise the other thing is my IACV is unplugged.. well missiing the plug (long story) not sure if this would affect it when I am driving though.

yeah, i was gonna suggest radius rod bushings, too, as those tend to cause this problem. i forgot about the iacv, when my radius rod bushings were bad and my iacv was unplugged, it was really touchy.
