I have a stage 2 in my civic and I really enjoy it. Even though it clamps real hard, the pedal effort was actually a little less than my stock clutch.

I have a stage 1 in my GF's turbo Hatch. I need to get one with higher torque capacity but it holds up fine. The car is putting down about 150-160 ft. lbs. out of a multipoint D15B2 and the clutch still holds . I'll probably get a stage 2 in the near future as its my girls daily.

Clutch masters or ACT, anything else is not worth the time of tearing it back apart.

CRXbart, have you had any experience with the kits this guy is asking about? if not, your opinion doesnt matter

i personally have had experience with them and ive never had to replace the clutch, pressure plate, pilot bearing or throw out bearing b/c of pre-mature failure...to me, these F1 and XTD kits are good for the money...i paid $263 for my flywheel/clutch kit...a damn act clutch kit alone costs that

I've personally used their clutches and flywheels and have been very pleased with the quality. they have a very good reputation and the only bad things ive heard about them are due to people not installing them properly.

I've used almost every clutch available until I got a hold of Clutch Masters and ACT. I Only use ACT at this point in time, but clutch masters have never given me a problem either. You get what you pay for. Just remember that. I've used many clutches that people said were great, and they slipped, and wouldn't hold power.
