It's not quite that simple. Most aftermarket sleeves have to be installed in a single specific way under controlled circumstances. You need to send the block either to one of the sleeving companies or to one of their authorized sleeving facilities. Contact "earl" here on Honda-Tech, he can give you more information.

Im looking at $600 for just the sleeves they will hold 40+ psi I wanted to know if i could get some cheaper or is anyone had some they didn't want anymore.

Jeff at importbuilders will sell you bare sleeves for 250 the block needs bored and the sleeves need pressed in. They look good and i believe can be bored to 86 mm.
