i had similar problems before, i bleed the **** out of the brake system and still soft pedal, i bench bleed the mc and still nothing. Turns out i had to adust the pedal linkage so the brakes "grabbed higher". Under the dash where the pedal connects to the booster, there is a linkage that can be adjusted out, i forgot how exactly but it worked big time on my crx.
hope i was of some help

oscar i just called you and told you. if your at the shop i'll show/help you. i need to stop at a junk yard possibly.
but here is a link to bench bleeding. you dont have to take it off the car if you have 2 people. one to pump inside and the other to watch bubbles.

For any future help His setup is a 91 CRX SI with 4 wheel disk stock rear disk though. Upgrades are a 13" Big Rotor Kit up front. 15/16 MC and 50/50 proportional valve.
we bled the system 9 times 3 different ways. with suction pump devise by hand. oldskool 2 people 1 pump on brake pedal and 1 closes method. and a Snap-On vaccum compressor bleeding system. each time we got the bubbles out of the system and the pedal feel while car is off was good and as soon as you turn on the car the pedal goes straight down to the floor as if no pressure is there and car doesnt brake.
one thing that hasnt been tried is MC bench bleeding which we'll do today. if that doesnt work i would think its the MC? anyone else shine light on the topic?
